Mechanism of action
Hydroquinone have the
inhibitory effect in melanogenesis.This is because of the efficient competition
of the hydroquinone with tyrosine for the tyrosinase enzyme.Melanin formed by
progressive oxidation of amino acid tyrosine under the influence of
tyrosinase.Hydroquinone competes with tyrosine for the tyrosinase enzyme.
Indications
Severe
melasma,juvenile freckles,post inflammatory hyperpigmentation,Other unwanted
areas of hyperpigmentations.For the maintenance of the melagma therapy,Prevention
from melagma and freckles.
Contraindications
Should not be used by
the people who have hypersensitivity for hydroquinone.
Pregnancy and lactation

Dosage
Apply to the affected
areas and rub in well twice daily.it should be used with the sunscreen.
